4. RN Supervised Private Duty Nursing (PDN)   

LPN provided and RN supervised One‑on‑one skilled nursing care and personalized assistance to medically fragile persons in the comfort of their homes.  PDN is physician-ordered clinical care for individuals with complex medical needs including G- tube care, Ventilator care, catheter care, Tracheostomy care, etc.

5. Companion Care and Respite Care.

• Ambulation Assistance indoors/ outdoors.

• Accompanying client to/from medical, dental, and other healthcare related appointments.

• Schedule transportation to /from medical and other healthcare related appointments.
